WIST Aerospace Course

Under the guidance of the teacher, students in the aerospace course design a human-powered airplane, applying their knowledge of aerodynamics and fluid mechanics to create a personalized aircraft. The robust design of the airplane even ensures the protection of eggs placed inside, preventing them from breaking.
At our school, we take pride in fostering an environment where creativity and practical learning thrive. Our supportive teachers play a crucial role in empowering students to explore and apply their knowledge in real-world experiments. This magical experiment allows children to learn and grow in a rich, practical curriculum!
在老師的指導下，同學們利用空氣與流體力學打造出專屬於自己的飛機。把抽象的理論具體化成自己的專業技能，堅固的設計，甚至能保護放在飛機裡的雞蛋不會破裂。透過國際部STEM航太課程實驗讓孩子在豐富的實作課程中學習成長！

華中國際部飛盤隊在「111年臺中市市長盃飛盤錦標賽」中分別榮獲「國中混合組第三名」和「高中混合組第二名」佳績。辛勤練習、團隊貢獻，並持續突破自我，為下一次的比賽累積能量。

華盛頓中學國際部戶外教學精彩回顧

Our students went on a school trip to the Formosan Aboriginal Culture Village in Nantou. In addition to enjoying the fast and exciting amusement rides, they also got a glimpse into the life of Taiwan's aborigines.
This helped preserve Aboriginal culture, introduced students to the history and diversity of Aboriginal cultures, and offered a good day of laughter and learning.
