近日，WIST 校友 Lucas 重返校園，與學弟妹們分享他的精彩旅程。這位曾經的「咖啡小子」，不僅在校期間發起 義賣濾掛咖啡包計畫，成功募集 110 萬台幣，幫助偏鄉學童獲得更好的學習資源，還將烏克蘭孩子的畫作製成掛耳包，將善款捐助當地兒福機構，讓來自華盛頓中學的關懷，透過一杯咖啡，溫暖世界的每個角落。
如今，他作為 杜克大學（Duke University） 的一員，延續當年的熱情與使命。他在分享中提到，親身體驗 NCAA 和美式足球比賽的熱血氛圍、參與海外紀錄片拍攝的挑戰，以及擔任新聞記者等寶貴經歷，讓他在學習與實踐中不斷成長，拓展國際視野。
Lucas 也真誠地分享了自己在職涯探索中的挑戰與心得，鼓勵學弟妹們 勇敢追夢，不畏困難。他的經歷不僅展現了海外名校生活的多彩面貌，也讓在場的學弟妹們對未來充滿期待與動力！

Recently, WIST alumnus Lucas returned to campus to share his inspiring journey with current students. Once known as the "Coffee Kid," Lucas initiated a charity drip coffee bag project during his time at school, successfully raising 1.1 million NTD to support underprivileged students in rural areas. He also transformed artwork by Ukrainian children into coffee bag designs, donating the proceeds to local child welfare organizations—spreading the care of WIST to every corner of the world, one cup of coffee at a time. 
Now, as a student at Duke University, Lucas continues to pursue his passion and mission. During his talk, he shared exciting experiences, including immersing himself in the electrifying atmosphere of NCAA and American football games, tackling the challenges of filming overseas documentaries, and working as a news reporter. These opportunities have helped him grow, blending learning with real-world practice while expanding his global perspective. 
Lucas also spoke candidly about the challenges and insights he has gained throughout his career exploration, encouraging students to bravely chase their dreams and persevere in the face of obstacles. His journey not only offered a glimpse into the vibrant life at a top international university but also left his audience inspired and motivated for the future!
