一年一度由美國大學入學考試委員會College Board主辦的AP考試 (Advanced Placement大學預修課程) 同步於華盛頓中學國際部五月六日正式登場。
今年華盛頓中學國際部共舉辦26科AP考試，高達237人次應考。海外升學輔導中心以及教學行政團隊，已在一年前超前部屬，由專業的AP合格外師，量身打造學生一整年的課程。更在考前一個月，舉辦校內AP考試說明會，讓家長與學生對於此次的考試，更加有信心。
為了讓所有的莘莘學子能無設限的選擇自己未來方向的考科，華中國際部今年更擴大考試規模，語言科目高達近70名的考生，同步開考，如此大陣仗的考試，打破學校歷史紀錄。
海外升學輔導團隊用心讓家長與學生備受肯定，不斷突破自我，以孩子為主要考量的方向，打造個人升學的藍圖，學校提供多元AP課程，讓各領域學生都能提前找到自己的興趣和方向，為自己的升學道路鋪路。今年高三生錄取世界各國名校，榜單亮眼，其中美國加州學校更高達九成的錄取率。國際部是中區資深的AP課程學校，配合著國際部中外師，以及行政團隊的全力以赴，只為給學生更美好的未來。期待國際部未來更為茁壯。

The annual AP exams (Advanced Placement courses), organized by the College Board, officially started on May 6th at WIST.
This year, WIST hosted 26 AP exams, with a total of 237 exam sittings. The WIST Counseling Center and the academic administration team started preparing a year in advance, creating a full-year curriculum for students with professional AP-certified foreign teachers. Additionally, an in-school AP exam information session was held a month before the exams to boost the confidence of both parents and students.
To allow all students to choose their future academic paths without limitations, WIST expanded the exam scale this year. Nearly 70 students took language exams simultaneously, breaking the school's record for such a large-scale examination.
The WIST Counseling Team's dedicated efforts have been highly recognized by both parents and students. WIST continuously strives to exceed its own standards, focusing on the needs of the students to create personalized higher education plans.
WIST offers a diverse range of AP courses, allowing students from various fields to discover their interests and plan their academic futures in advance. This year's senior class has been accepted into prestigious universities worldwide, with an impressive acceptance rate of 90% into California schools. As the most experienced AP program school in the central region, WIST, with the combined efforts of both international and local teachers and the administrative team, is committed to providing students with a brighter future and looks forward to continued growth and success.
